CONCORD DANCE ACADEMY DANCE CAMP 2012
Our children’s performing arts summer program features a variety of dance styles, including tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, ballet, tumbling, and musical theater. Other activities may include arts and crafts, nature walks, scavenger hunts and field trips.
Session 1 June 25, 2012 to June 29, 2012
Session 2 July 23, 2012 to July 27, 2012
Session 3 July 30, 2012 to August 3, 2012.
Recreational camp – Your child will be able to experience various types of dance and explore the different aspects of the theatrical profession while enjoying the benefits of physical exercise. We offer a variety of dance classes that include ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical and jazz. We also offer classes focusing on self choreography, musical theater, hair and stage makeup, and arts and crafts. This camp is geared for children 5-10 years of age with minimal dance training.
Intensive Camp – This program is designed for those dancers expecting a challenge, who will take their learning experience seriously. All students in this program must be willing to accept critiques and corrections and apply them accordingly. Intensive camp is for ages 8 and older.
Camp Camp Hours 9:00am-4:00pm.
Early drop off (7:30am) and late pickup (5:30pm) are available.
The cost for this service is $5 per day.
COST:
Camp tuition is $175 per week. This includes all field trips and your camp t-shirt. You must also pay a $25 registration fee. If you have already registered for the 2011-2012 dance year you do not have to pay the $25 registration fee.
