 DRESS CODE

The dress code will be strictly enforced in ALL classes.

To be certain that everyone has the same shoes and the correct dancewear for class, we are distributing dancewear/shoe order forms.

Please fill out the order forms and return to the dance school before August 25, 2010 to receive your items prior to September 20.

We are asking everyone to order all their dancewear through us to ensure a unified look.

Our prices are comparable to your typical online site, you don’t have to pay shipping and we can provide you with all of your dancing needs.

One stop shopping at it’s best, just give us exact street shoe sizes and we’ll do the rest for you.

Please refer to the list below for the required dress code.

ALL COMBO AND TBJ CLASSES (AGES 3-6) - CDA black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black tie taps

TAP/JAZZ (AGES 7-8) - Black leotard, pink, black or suntan tights, black oxford tap shoes, TAN jazz shoes.

ALL BALLET CLASSES (AGES 6 AND UP)- Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, skirts permitted

LYRICAL (AGES 6 AND OLDER)- Black leotard, pink or suntan stirrup or convertible tights

TAP (9 AND OLDER) - Black oxford tap shoes, black leotard, pink, black or suntan tights

JAZZ (9 AND OLDER) - TAN jazz shoes, black leotard, pink, black or suntan tights

HIP HOP (9 AND OLDER) - Black jazz sneakers, black pants/shorts, black leotard/top.

KARATE— Karate uniforms can be purchased through the karate instructor either at Open House or at the first class.

The “first student” in the family is the student enrolled in the most classes. This student is charged the first student rate. Any additional family member living in the same household enrolled in equal or fewer classes is charged the “additional student rate”.

MONTHLY TUITION is due the first full week of the month. YOU WILL GET A MONTHLY STATEMENT. Please remember to pay your monthly tuition on time. If tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month, your account will be charged a $20 late fee.

A $40 COSTUME DEPOSIT per one hour class will be due on November 1. This is a deposit only. The balance will be due by January 1. You will be billed for the balance.

Recital fees are due by April 1.
